 I just LOVE it when I find quality products made here in Croatia and I thought I would share a few. These things are on my wish list. With Christmas coming soon these would make pretty awesome gifts! ;)

I've already shared this on one of my Friday favourites and it's Urban Watch. I haven't owned a watch since my oldest was born. I had accidently scratched him with my watch (poor little bunny) and took it off and never put it back on (gave it to my cousin).

Problem is I can't make up my mind on which I like most! Maybe I'll just have to resort to eeny meeny miny moe!

Marina's handmade ceramics make me smile! I'm lucky to own one.

  I want to get a cute bowl for Mia's room. Or a plate to hang on the wall (if you tell her you want the plate to hang on the wall she makes the necessary adjustments). She's super talented, friendly and speaks English!

Adorable packaging...I'm a sucker for packaging but it all comes down to the product inside.

Last is Mustra. I LOVE their quirky, adorable t-shirts.

I have my eye on a few of them. 

I think this one below is my favourite and loosely translated it says 'when will winter come so I could hug you'. Cute right?!

These babies have been on my wish list forever!! I don't know why I LOVE these boots so much but I do! LOVE! And with all the rain we're getting (seriously...it won't stop...can't remember the last time we had sun!) these babies would have come in handy!

A dream of mine would to live on my own little farm! This kitchen reminds me of that. I'm so not a city girl. Give me some hunter boots and I'll be in the garden, collecting eggs from my chickens...ahhh to daydream!

OYSHO wish list

Hi!

Hope all is well!

I'm feeling much better and so is Mia.

I was browsing the Beauty & Mess blog yesterday reading Martina's post sharing some goodies she got and she reminded me how much I love the shop Oysho!! Every time I go to the mall I always have to go and look at their gorgeous pj's....and NEVER buy any of it! LOL! I sleep in ugly ol' over sized t-shirts that my husband gets from other companies (as promotional gifts I suppose)...not flattering at all, comfy but NOT flattering!

So after reading her post I popped on over to the Oysho shop to do a little window shopping!

I've said it before and I'll say it again...you can never have enough socks....especially in my home where one of the pair of socks goes missing...just a pile of singles!!

friday favourites / wish list

Hello!

It's time for my Friday Favourites which doubles up as my wish list too!

First up is this sleek and simple water bottle I spotted over at Eco Diva Beauty (my wish list there is crazy!). I definitely need to drink way more water!!!

Planning, list making and doodling is a must for me to stay organized...my friend told me to use my phone for that and I just can't! I need a 'book' to write it down. Pick up a book! Put those ipads and gadgets down!! lol! I know...I live in a cave but you will never see me read a book on one of those tablets or whatever they are. I'm passionate about this people...leave me be in my cave drawing on paper with my pencils and markers and reading real books! :)

So this planner here is perfect! And who doesn't like whales!;)

Ikea

Hello!

Hope all is well! 

This year Ikea is opening it's doors in Croatia (Zagreb)....finally!!! We use to go to Austria's Ikea to shop which actually wasn't too bad...it was like a road trip. Ikea should be open I believe this spring/summer. My friends went to the Ikea in Austria last month and brought me back a catalogue...I've got my wish list people! I also went on line to check what else they've got.

Our home is far from done....our porch is unfinished...our living room, kitchen/dining room need new furniture. The most pitiful room has to be our living room...it looks like a BAD garage sale! LOL! It's a mish mash of old hand me downs...just old and out dated....we do hope to buy new furniture but any home improvements have come to a full stop...the recession in Croatia just won't let up and seems to keep getting worse so...I figured I would put these pictures up in hope that one day they can be my reference to the 'Before' photos! One good thing about our living room is I don't care if the kids spill anything! :)

And this one from our kitchen/dining room....I hate our TV situation (first of all...are we the only ones who still don't own a flat screen! LOL)...it's too high and not comfortable to watch....

I really LOVE these rugs...perfect colour and size for our living room

I like the shape of this sofa...not sure about the colour...the colours we like are very neutral and I LOVE texture....
