I got my samples of my new stamps the other day and I had to stamp them up! :) They are available for pre-order and I'm expecting the stamps to come sometime next week.

Today is my oldest son Marko's birthday!! I can't believe he's 12!!! How time flies! 6:45 pm I gave birth to Marko, weighing a little over 10 pounds and 22 inches long.....drug free delivery!!! OUCH! 

He and I watched the Harry Potter movies together (it was our 'thing') and since he LOVES to read I thought the books would be a great gift (I tucked in some šoldi (cash) so he can get himself something).

Poor thing is sad on his birthday for our budgie Booboo died this morning right after they went to school.

I know I'm his mama but he's so handsome! :)

I'm totally bummed that summer's coming to an end...it literally flew by!! But every season has it's charm and beauty and I just love Fall colours, especially wearing them on my nails!

Nin 2014 + winner!

Hello!

Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

I promised to share some more photo's of our summer vacation and one of the cities we visited (over and over) is Nin. If you follow my blog you already know that Nin is very special to me....my mother is from Nin, I got married in Nin...and it's funny but I feel at home in Nin.

Crossing over the bridge into Nin you'll always come across this beauty!

And if you ever come to Nin you MUST visit the Salt Musem (and gift shop). 

I bought these two packs for friends. Hand picked salt with dried basil. Again if you follow me you know I have already blogged about this but if you haven't seen it click here! :)

I just love all the stone!

The beaches in Nin are gorgeous....everything from rock, pebbles to sand!

We go into Nin in the evenings to walk around and to get ice cream (my new favourite is yogurt ice cream), there's always something going on (plays outdoors, music, concerts). 

I recommend my cousin's restaurant Branimir for some DELICIOUS food and gorgeous atmosphere! 

This was our view while we were eating dinner! And that would be the Church of the Holy Cross from the 9th Century!

We were so lucky to have amazing weather the whole 2 weeks we were there (this summer has been nothing but rain here in Croatia), only one day was cloudy and we choose that day to roam around in Nin and have dinner.

Oh Nin...I love you so! :)

empties

Hello!

Well this is a first blog post for me...empties! :) For those who don't know I'm a bit of a skin care and make up fanatic! BUT I don't collect or buy a lot of it and usually when I'm happy with something I stick with it. If there is something new I want to try out then I do my research (especially if it's a little pricier). 

I have been holding on to some of this stuff for months (to get a decent collection).

I have to say that all of these empties I would re purchase, love them all. Out of the bunch the Novexpert is the most expensive and don't think I'll be buying it for a while because of the price but I L.O.V.E it! It's a mask and scrub in one (if you don't like a gritty scrub than this is not for you).

It's Friday favourites time! :)

I think I need to do this diy! Lots of different activities happening and this would be a great way for my family to stay organized...my kids are starting to do chores and it's an easy way for them to check what they have to do each day.

Hopefully one day down the road we will redo the tiles in our kitchen and put subway tiles (like I originally wanted but my husband didn't at the time....and now he does....yeah....he's lucky he's cute!) and a granite top...I can dream! :)

I have a very long wish list at Eco Diva Beauty and Ilia lipsticks are one of the goodies I want to try out. To be totally honest the only thing that's stopping me from ordering is the shipping costs. They ship worldwide which is awesome and I believe the shipping is around $20 to Croatia and my measly budget is just not having it......but one day!! :)

Friday favourites on a Saturday

Hello!

Here I am with my Friday favourites.....on a Saturday! I had to go to the dentist yesterday to have a tooth pulled out....the root is still in there which means I'll be visiting my dentist again...and again!! :(

Anyways...here are some favourites!!

Watercolors! I'm loving watercolors! I haven't picked up my watercolors in ages and now I can't stop using them with my stamps! It really is so easy because you don't have to be perfect to get a gorgeous card! :)

First up is this wedding card I had to make like in 5 mintues....love how it turned out and it's all because of the GORGEOUS gold, glittery paper I found!!! It's thick and gorgeous! LOVE! :)

My daughter Mia went to a birthday party today (her best friend's sister and they're our neighbour too) so I popped into Benetton to buy her present and while I was waiting to pay I noticed these GORGEOUS notebooks....these three caught my eye but really all of them have awesome designs.
