zasu

I wanted to share some photos of this gorgeous Zasu bracelet my bff gifted me for my birthday.
Zasu jewelry is made up of semi precious stones, lava and rudraksha beads. This gorgeous brand is Croatian, they ship worldwide (free shipping for Croatia) and they are super friendly too.

My bracelet is called Archangel Jophiel who is the archangel of wisdom, understanding, and judgment. The energy this braclete gives is creativity, love and courage. Whether you believe in the energy of precious stones or not, you have to admit they make for beautiful jewelery. :)

I love that they offer different sizes (mine is a small).

As you can see below you can chooose between lava and rudraksha beads and I'm gonna have to get myself one with lava beads too.

These two are on my wish list.

I love my bracelet. Thank you Suzi!

melli cream royal jelly

If you follow my blog you'll recognize this packaging and brand. Cosmel. I love them so much that I actually got a pharmacy near my home to start carrying their products AND the girls who work there (who are incredibly lovely and helpful) using their products.

Why do I love this brand. Many reasons.

Organic
Handmade
No parabens
Not tested on animals
No artificial colours and fragrances
Recycle
Made is Croatia

They are super friendly and helpful. They've answered all my questions (in English to top it all). You can send them a private message on Facebook if you have any questions.

Their knowledge was gained at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology with use of organic chemistry in cosmetology. The company was founded in 1990, family run, handmade with an abundance of knowledge and love.

I promise...I do NOT work for them! LOL!

The product I'm sharing today is this gorgeous Melli Cream Royal Jelly.
It is for mature sensitive and problematic skin. This jar of gold packs a punch! It feels divine on the the skin and a little goes a long long way.

The smell is divine. A soft hint of honey and vanilla. So subtle. It contains ingredients like royal jelly, propolis, honey, beeswax. Oils such as raspberry, apricot, olive, evening primrose. It also contains shea butter and vitamin A, lavender and ginger.

YES!

Strengthens skin tone and hydration, stimulates production and collagen, reduces wrinkles and hyperpigmentation (which is what I struggle with), restores the natural pH 5,5 skin balance. Natural sun protection (not sure but I believe it's spf 15).

I only started using this cream so my first impressions are positive. A little goes a long way. My skin feels extremely nourished and hydrated. I will report back after using it for a longer time.

sapunoteka

Hello!

I wanted to share my favourite body scrub. If you love natural products and vanilla and almonds you'll love this scrub!

Sapunoteka is a Croatian brand (and one of my favourite brands for natural products). Super friendly people behind this brand and they speak English.

There is also a lavender body scrub and lemon body scrub.

Let's talk about this yummy vanilla and almond body scrub. The smell is divine. Because of the gorgeous oils in this product (almond, coconut, olive and vanilla oil....amazing group of oils) you don't need to moisturize your skin after you use this in the shower. The smell isn't too strong on the skin after you use it. And what I love about it as well is that you can get dressed right away, your skin is not left oily but super soft like velvet!

The ingredients are: Sea Salt, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Olea Europea (Olive) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Glycerine, Vanilla Planifolia (Vanilla) oil.

sapunoteka - giveaway

 Hello!
Happy 2016! :)

I love the feeling I get with the new year.....new beginnings, a fresh start and sometimes a time for change. A minor change I made here on the blog is the title. No longer plain jane (I am still very plain), it's now Bibushka. Why Bibushka you ask. Well it's much more personal. That was my dad's nickname for me....don't ask me why but he called me Bibushka or Biba for short. When I started this blog I had no idea what I was doing or where it would lead me and without turning this post into a 3 hour read I hope to invest more time in this blog, to make it a place where I share my interests, bits of my life....like a journal.

I thought a giveaway would be a good way to start 2016 on the blog. What I'm giving away is a beautiful hand cream by Sapunoteka. I LOVE this hand cream....LOVE!

I recently got a box of Sapunoteka goodies. Sapunoteka is based in Šibenik and a short description is 'natural cosmetics and soaps with olive oil'. Of coarse there are many other delicious ingredients in their products like coconut oil, sunflower oil, shea butter, almond oil.... I plan to do another post on Sapunoteka and share my thoughts on their products and the company itself.

I literally was going back and forth on this giveaway!! LOL! I just want it for myself! I mean I know I can just order another one but I was all 'my precious' about it! Luckily for you I snapped out of it and I'm offering one lucky winner to win this gorgeous Almond Cocoa Butter handcream!!

INCI: Aqua, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, emulsifier (Potassium Palmitoyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Almond) Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Glycerine, preservative (Dehydroacetic acid (DHA), Benzyl Alcohol), Tocopherol Acetate, Vanilla Planifolia (Vanilla) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil

As you can see it's quite thick but there is no sticky or oily feeling once rubbed into the skin and the smell....I mean cocoa butter with a hint of vanilla and lavender.
This giveaway is open to everyone just leave me a comment (for my Croats please feel free to leave a comment in Croatian...I can read much better than speak it!) and I'll choose one winner with random.org on the 8th of this month.

Good luck!

made in Croatia

I just LOVE it when I find quality products made here in Croatia and I thought I would share a few. These things are on my wish list. With Christmas coming soon these would make pretty awesome gifts! ;)

I've already shared this on one of my Friday favourites and it's Urban Watch. I haven't owned a watch since my oldest was born. I had accidently scratched him with my watch (poor little bunny) and took it off and never put it back on (gave it to my cousin).
And good news to all my international readers, Urban Watch provides FREE worldwide shipping!

Problem is I can't make up my mind on which I like most! Maybe I'll just have to resort to eeny meeny miny moe!

Marina's handmade ceramics make me smile! I'm lucky to own one.

I want to get a cute bowl for Mia's room. Or a plate to hang on the wall (if you tell her you want the plate to hang on the wall she makes the necessary adjustments). She's super talented, friendly and speaks English!

Check out Marina's etsy shop Marinski Heartmades.

If you follow my blog and/or instagram than you'll know I prefer natural cosmetic brands. I recently stumbled upon Cosmel and hope to try some of their products.

Adorable packaging...I'm a sucker for packaging but it all comes down to the product inside.

Last is Mustra. I LOVE their quirky, adorable t-shirts.
I have my eye on a few of them.

I think this one below is my favourite and loosely translated it says 'when will winter come so I could hug you'. Cute right?!
