faux shaker card

Hello!
Hope all is well!

Fever has found it's newest victim in my home...Marko (my oldest) now is sick...I'm just exhausted!

Anyways I wanted to share this gift tag I created...my intention was to make a shaker tag but I didn't like how the foam adhesive was showing so I decided to make a faux shaker tag! :)

I basically did everything I would making a shaker card/tag only I didn't add the foam so the sequins can't really move...it does just a bit! :)

I used my Warm Wishes and Mr. and Mrs. Claus stamp sets and coloured with my Graph'it markers.

Have a great day!

This is my second post...scroll down for my Friday favourites!

I'm sharing this card over at the JD blog today. I used my Mr. and Mrs. Claus stamp set.

I used my Graph'it markers to colour my images. I hand drew the mistletoe.

Have a lovely weekend!

party time

 Hello!
Hope all is well! :)

I've mentioned before that when I've lost my mojo I like to stamp a bunch of images and colour them in (and cut them out) so that they're ready for use...comes in handy when I need a quick card like this one.

For this card I used my Mr. and Mrs. Claus and Cheers stamp sets. I created a quick background by using my Graph'it marker in 7210 (colouring in circular motions)....easy peasy!  I adhered Mrs. Claus using some foam dots for dimension (the reason I didn't put her in a 'Christmas' outfit is I figured she's be great for card for grandma's etc.

Added a little silver glitter (with my Graph'it Shake marker)...because she's ready for a party and you gotta have yo glitter on! :)

Have a great day!

inspired

Hello!

Hope all is well!

I posted a few days back about Kristina's card that inspired me to try to recreate is with my stamps and markers.
I used my Warm Wishes and Mr. and Mrs. Claus stamp sets. Graph'it markers to colour.

So I used post it to mask off my 'window'...I didn't measure...just eye balled it...for those who know me well know that I hate measuring. :)

Then with my marker I drew my frame...again without measuring.

Coloured in my window and using my blender marker blended the edges to soften them.

I added some glossy accents to the nose and lights. And yes, I made my card sitting on the floor (in my living room).....

I wonder where Jakov gets this from?? :)

I embossed the card base, I was going to leave it as is (it looked cute that way too) but thought the embossed circles would add a little more interest.

I announced my Halloween 20% Off Weekend Sale (on all clear stamps) yesterday so hop on over to the shop and check it out!

Have a lovely weekend!
