Happy December! It's the most wonderful time of the year (I'm singing it...you know the song)! I'm mean we celebrate the birth of Jesus this month!! Christmas spirit is all around us and it's my birthday too ;)
I know the holidays could be a sad and stressful time too. 3 of my kids classmates lost one of their parents since the school year started and I imagine Christmas won't be the same. I keep them in my prayers.
I LOVE Christmas but I do miss having my mom with me...the last Christmas we celebrated together was when I was 18 and I'll be 41 this month. BUT instead of dwelling on that I am grateful that she is not alone and we are all healthy and one day we'll celebrate it all together!
Now on to the fun stuff! What a wonderful surprise to me when I watched Jennifer's My Favorite Crafty Things (stamps) video and to see my Cheers stamp set amongst the amazing other stamp sets mentioned! She doesn't know it but she was the inspiration behind this set! I stalk follow her on instagram as well and noticed she likes a good beer every now and then! ;) So I thought....yes...I need an alcohol inspired stamp set! And this really never crossed my mind before because I don't drink a drop of alcohol.
