moleskine + sneak peek

Hope you all had a lovely weekend! :)

I did some shopping with Ivana (my daughter's Godmother)....she bought Mia her dress for her big day (First Communion) and my hubby needed a tie! Spending time with Ivana is good for my soul! :)

Anyways...I also picked up some Moleskine notebooks (I just love them...I'm a nerd like that! :) ). And I also love stamping and drawing on them to personalize them a bit! Here's a sneak of new stamps that I used to stamp this notebook.

I heat embossed using white embossing powder.

Friday favourites on a Saturday

Hello!

Here I am with my Friday favourites.....on a Saturday! I had to go to the dentist yesterday to have a tooth pulled out....the root is still in there which means I'll be visiting my dentist again...and again!! :(

Anyways...here are some favourites!!

Watercolors! I'm loving watercolors! I haven't picked up my watercolors in ages and now I can't stop using them with my stamps! It really is so easy because you don't have to be perfect to get a gorgeous card! :)

Our walls are bare in our living room (except for a mirror)...mostly because our living is not finished except for one wall (where our desk is) and I'd love to do a gallery wall there!

Hope all is well! :)

I'm back with another card....I created this card using my Butterflies stamp set.

I just stamped this butterfly image and covered the whole card and then went in with watercolors...which I'm loving at the moment...so easy because it doesn't have to be perfect and still looks perfect! :)

This stamp set has a lot of meaning for me...woman in particular are much to hard on themselves....you have to be super woman, your home has too look like a page out of House Beautiful, cooked meals, baked goods, be thin, perfect hair, anti-wrinkle, anti-cellulite ........bla bla bla...well who says?!!! Life is too short...Ageing is a privilege and you really are enough!! :) I do believe you need to take care of yourself, work hard and do your best and that is more than enough. :)
