tumeric giner tea

I want to share my favourite tea. I found it on the Joyous Health blog here. I love Joy and her blog!

It's such an easy way to drink up the health benefits of tumeric, ginger, cinnamon and coconut oil.

You'll need:

2 cups boiling water
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut oil or coconut butter
1 teaspoon honey

Add the boiling water, tumeric powder, ground ginger, cinnamon and coconut oil into the blender and blend. Strain and add honey. Sometimes I add a little milk.
