I just made it on time for this weeks Hero Arts challenge which is to make a MANLY card!! AND this card is perfect for the CardPatterns challenge too!! Bonus!
so here it is......
My husband is the inspiration behind this card. He likes things very simple, plain and no PINK!! lol. Putting on a shirt and tie is torture (did you all know that Croatians (Hrvati) invented the tie (kravati)!?........he LOVES soccer, meat, the outdoors and he's the best tata (daddy) in the world!!
I stamped the log to make my own pattern paper and framed my sentiment with Making Memories Tag maker. The button is my handmade button. I pretty much use only my buttons and not because I think they're the best but I don't want to use my other buttons (I have PTI, Basic Grey and Making Memories buttons) because they are too pretty to use so that's why I started making my own!!! lol

Jane, this card is wonderful, such a simple design with great impact. Your hubby sounds like a guy's-guy...mine hates to wear ties too. I love your handmade buttons, you use them so artfully.
Blessings to you!
