baby

Hi!

Here's a card I made using some ADORABLE DHD digi kits! Those adorable birds are from this kit, the grid is from this kit and the tiny polka dots from this one.

I LOVE making circle cards! I printed out the birds and cut them out. Added some glitter to their bellies.

Thank you for all your kind word yesterday!!
And know to announce my randomly chosen  winners....I decided to pick 2 instead of one. ;)

retro tulips release and some news...

Hi!
So happy to finally have another digi image release at Squigglefly...introducing 'Retro Tulips'

I doodled this while I was on the phone and thought...it's pretty cute!! As I was working on it I noticed that my back petals 'floated'...they don't have a complete outline...and I thought would this be difficult to work with. It's not actually........I started colouring at the top of my petals and got lighter as I went down..

I used some glitter to outline the petals. If you got some good scissors it's easy to cut out.
Please go and check out what my TALENTED DT created!!

I seriously want to teleport these ladies into my living room...have some cake and coffee together and exchange some BIG bear hugs!!!

Please stop by Courtney Kelley's blog, our TALENTED Guest Designer and check out what she created. I just LOVE the way she adds layers, patterns and stitching to her projects!!

So if you'd like to win Retro Tulips please leave a comment and I'll randomly pick a winner tomorrow!

And now on to my news....first I was pleased as punch when I saw that I won last weeks digi challenge at 2Peas!!

So....I'm sooooo flippin EXCITED to announce that I will be illustrating.....
RED RUBBER STAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be joining

and

How CRAZY is that!!!!!!!! I have to admit I'm freakin out a bit!! ;) I'm soooo EXCITED and I have officially started doodling like a mad woman!! ;) I hope I won't let these two AWESOME companies down!!

question

Hi!
I'm just wondering.....let's say you want to buy some handmade fimo buttons....would you buy a pack with one colour in different shades (like a pack of pink buttons in different shades of light and dark pinks) or a pack of 2-3 different colours that compliment each other or a rainbow mix of colours??? I really appreciate your input!
Thanks!
Have a great day!
