Treat bag tutorial

Hi!
I LOVE making treat bags for people and I LOVE using paper bags (the kraft kind). This simple project also fits in perfectly for Moxie Fab World's The Gift Wrap Challenge.

I pulled out all my scraps...I just LOVE it when I can use up my scraps of pattern paper and cardstock.

I started off by tracing all the shapes I wanted for this projects. I haven't used these Fiskars templates in ages!!!

I cut them out using Fiskars Micro-Tip Scissors (No.5) which I find just perfect for detailed cutting. To create my grass I used Fiskars Scalloped Daisy Embossing border punch and Fiskars Paper Edgers Pinking scissors.

I then assembled all my pieces and ahdered them to the paper bag. I had these little 'tab' left over from a Spellbinders Labels die cut and added a SRM sticker and handstitched it to the paper bag.

Do you notice a new handmade button??? I plan on adding some of these vintagy style handmade buttons to my shop soon.....perhaps a little giveaway...  :)

Personally....I'd love to receive this cute little treat bag for Mother's Day...preferably filled with M&M's (the peanut kind please)!!
Thanks for stopping by!
