big red flower

Hi!
Wow, I haven't played along with Dawn's Colour Challenges in a while and I managed to make this card while flipping pancakes....with one child in school....two at home sick (Mia's got a cold and Jakov's ears swell up like a balloon!!!!!!! I almost passed out when I saw it.....he got a shot and some cream....it seems that something bit him poor boo boo boy!!!)

(click on photo for a closer look)

I took one picture outside and one in.....I find it very tricky photographing red...it usually shows up too bright so I tried to quickly do a little adjusting in Photoshop.....I stamped the big red flower in two parts....also did a little glitter pen action on it. This tag I got in the mail for the lovely Pia (what a surprise.....along with other goodies which I will share later on). Big Smile sentiment is from Hero Arts.
I will come back later and list the materials I used.

ATC

Hi!
Don't have much time to chat....just wanted to share my very first ATC card for the Hero Arts Challenge.........and I have to admit...I didn't even know what an ATC was!!!

Haven't had much time for cards since we're renovating our basement (and that's where my desk is and all my materials are). I've been making buttons and will be shipping them out tomorrow to the winners! Still have lots of buttons to make and I'm putting some serious thought into selling them....so if you're interested stick around for my announcement!
Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Those buttons are fabulous! I've played with making fimo buttons but they've never turned out as great as these. For Christmas I am all about traditional colours like red and green but I also like dark blues at Christmas time too.

You make the best buttpms!! Love these! I bought some lime green ornaments for the tree last year and added them to the traditional red and green and I love the look! So, some lime green buttons would work for me! Judy Jung
