It's been a while since I've blogged. I has some dental surgery and just didn't feel up to it but the stitches aren't hurting as much. :)

Hello!

Didn't think I was going to post today....I had some minor dental surgery, everything went well but it's sore, the stitches hurt...I've got an ice pack on my face all day. :)

JD stamp release blog hop + Mother's Day Weekend Sale!

Hello and welcome to another Jane's Doodles stamp release blog hop!

The stamp set is called CAKE!.

I had so much fun making my cards. You can check out the technique in a video here that my former design team member Mariana did. I feel if I tried to explain it I would just confuse you. :)

For my second card I used the same technique to create my background and just LOVE how it turned out!

For my sentiment I used my DoNUTS stamp set and just drew a line across DONUTS.

To get in more colour definition I used Q-tips and dabbed more colour onto the stamped image.

As with every blog hop there's a giveaway so if you'd like to win a JD stamp set of your choice make sure to leave comments.
