pumpkin, saffron, celery...

Hi!
Let me tell you.......these colour challenges are indeed a CHALLENGE my friends! Living in Zagreb is the first challenge........supplies are well.... scarce when it comes to card making and scrap booking so basically I have to order everything on line.
Now....cardstock..........the first time I walked into the 'paper store' as I call it (it's where I go to buy my card stock......they also sell pencil crayons, paints...) and asked for 'mustard' card stock........(keep in mind that I translate it into Croatian which I think is a challenge in itself!) well lets just say that the lady gave me one of those .........okay, if I could just get this crazy person out of the store and call the cops look!!!!! All their papers have number codes so there's no celery green and basic gray.......... oh I confused myself when I tried to translate basic bloody gray!!!!! it's just not happening!!
Anyways, what I'm trying to say is getting the exact colours needed is sometimes impossible!!!!! So I try my best to get the closest thing!

And since I'm very low with paper (didn't get a chance to run into town) I figured for this challenge I would try out my copics (and when I say my copics I mean all 5 of them! :)) My sister in law from Canada brought me some craft goodies and amongst them these flowers!
The brads are Basic Grey and the button is my handmade fimo button (another giveaway will be happening soon).......
the 'hi' is actually from the packaging of Paper Trunks alphabet stamp set that I snipped off.........I remember watching one of Kristina's videos where she was using a K&Company product and she mentioned how you can use the packaging for your crafts instead of just throwing it out so I thought why not!!

The adorable little girl (my daughter says......is that me mama??) is Sugarplums Waving Emma.......so adorable. I bought a few Sugarplums digi images because of my daughter.......she just love them and wants me to use it for her birthday invitations.

That's it for now! Take care!

She is so cute!!! I love it, and the colors are perfect. I know what you mean shopping for paper there. I send my mom a little box of goodies whenever I can....but adding paper to the box is heavy and so expensive.
